Dr Katelyn Muir

Osteopath

I’ve been caring for children and adults in Melbourne’s northern suburbs for more than 18 years, helping their bodies feel better and move more freely through every stage of life.

I believe that when people understand more about their own bodies, they feel more confident, informed, and empowered to take an active role in their health. I take pride in providing gentle, holistic care that supports each patient’s unique needs and goals.

More about me

My passion for Osteopathy developed from an early love of sport and physical activity, which
sparked a lasting fascination with the human body and how it functions. Over the years, this
curiosity has grown into a genuine commitment to helping people move and feel their best.

Through many years of further education and clinical experience I’ve developed knowledge and skills
in areas of special interest, particularly the treatment and management of migraine, persistent pain
and women’s health conditions.

I am an empathetic listener who takes the time to understand my patients and how best to support
them. I take a gentle, holistic approach to treatment and enjoy working collaboratively with my
patients to not only alleviate their pain, but also to develop long-term, sustainable strategies that fit
their lifestyle and promote lasting health and wellbeing

I believe that when people understand more about their own bodies, they feel more confident,
informed, and empowered to take an active role in their health.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy walking, yoga and Pilates, reading, and exploring country Victoria on family
holidays with my husband and two children.
