Dr Lizzy Kupcis
Osteopath
My approach combines traditional osteopathic treatment with evidence-based practices, creating personalised care plans that consider each patient’s unique needs. I treat a wide range of conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain, helping patients of all ages regain function and improve their quality of life.
I believe in empowering patients through education, providing them with the knowledge and tools to maintain their health beyond our sessions. My goal is not just to alleviate current discomfort but to help patients achieve long-term wellness and prevent future issues.

More about me
I have completed a comprehensive rehabilitation based pilates course which I use in conjunction with osteopathic treatment. I enjoy using these skills to implement a whole person approach treatment plan to help my patients reach their treatment goals.
I have a clinical interest in pre and post-natal osteopathic care, and have undergone further training with a real-time ultrasound course to assess and assist in managing pelvic instability and pelvic floor complaints.
Outside of osteopathy, I was a member of the Australian Rowing Team for many years, having competed at 5 World Championships as well as the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games as a coxswain. My experiences and involvement in elite sport have provided first-hand experience with both acute and chronic injury management of athletes.
In my spare time, I enjoy family adventures on our cargo bike, as well as camping and hiking with my young family.
