More about me
With a special interest in pre and post-natal osteopathy care, I have completed further training in these area to support both mums and bubs. Additionally, I have training and experience in managing pelvic instability and pelvic floor weakness along with further qualifications to provide ultrasound assessments for retraining deep supporting pelvic muscles.
In my practice, I integrate Pilates-based exercises alongside osteopathic treatments to help my patients recover and maintain long-term health. I educate my clients on appropriate exercises, stretches, and preventative measures to ensure injuries do not recur.
I take a whole body approach to treatment, incorporating not only manual therapy but also exercise, breath retraining, nutrition, lifestyle advice, and mindfulness techniques. I believe in taking an integrative approach to health and wellness that empowers my patients to take control of their well-being and achieve lasting results.
When I am not working with you to improve your wellbeing I enjoy spending time with my family and young daughters, cycling, hiking, cooking, designing and occasionally sneaking the odd bit of good quality dark chocolate.
